1. MediaTek M90 modem replaces Samsung Exynos. The single most impactful change. Every Pixel from Pixel 6 through Pixel 10 uses Samsung Exynos modems — the #1 hardware complaint in the Pixel ecosystem. Connectivity drops, weak indoor signal, inconsistent data speeds. The MediaTek M90 adds dual 5G SIM dual-active (both SIMs on 5G simultaneously — first for any Pixel) and satellite connectivity. If this modem performs as expected, it addresses years of user frustration in a single component swap.

2. Tensor G6 on 2nm TSMC. A full process node jump. More transistor density = better power efficiency (longer battery life), improved thermal management (less throttling during 4K video), and more capable on-device AI processing. The Pixel 10 Pro's Tensor G5 uses 3nm. Apple's A18 Pro uses 3nm. Google jumping to 2nm means the Pixel 11 Pro may be one of the first flagship phones on the most advanced manufacturing process available in 2026.

Dimensions are nearly identical. Pixel 11 Pro: 152.7 × 71.8 × 8.4mm. Pixel 10 Pro: 152.8 × 71.9 × 8.5mm. The Pixel 11 Pro is 0.1mm shorter, 0.1mm narrower, and 0.1mm thinner. You will not notice this in hand.

Bezels slightly thinner. Cosmetic improvement. Slightly more screen-to-body ratio. Won't affect daily use.
